Ordered the Wrong Products

If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. You can also request one of our sales associates to help set this up for you. The returned products must be received in new and unused condition in the original packaging. For returns that occur after 90 days of the original purchase, a restocking fee will be applied. If you need assistance selecting the correct product for a job, feel free to reach out to our sales team.

 

Defective Products

Any defective products must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. To have a replacement to you in a timely manner, our team can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them out to you as soon as possible. Once we receive your original product, we will offer you a refund of the paid price for the damaged item(s). If you choose not to place a new order, we will ship your replacement items after we receive your return. All returned products must be returned with the original packaging.  

 

Damaged Package

If you received damaged items, you must notify our team within 3 days of receipt. To get you a replacement to you in a timely manner, our team can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them to you as soon as possible. Once we receive your original product, we will offer you a refund of the paid price for the damaged item(s). If you choose not to place a new order, we will ship your replacement items after we receive your return. All returned products must be returned with the original packaging.

 

Received an Incorrect Product

Our team does it’s best to double check every order. However, in the rare occurrence that you receive an incorrect product, you must us notify us withing 7 days of delivery. To get you a replacement to you in a timely manner, our team can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them to you as soon as possible. Once we receive your original product, we will offer you a refund of the paid price for the damaged item(s). If you choose not to place a new order, we will ship your replacement items after we receive your return. All returned products must be returned with the original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some of the items we sell are labeled as "Non-Returnable". These special items are not eligible to be returned. However, the manufacturer's warranty still applies to these items.

 

Editing an Order Before It’s Shipped

If you need to make any changes to an order you have already placed, please reach out to your sales representative, or call the branch that the order was placed at.
