Free Local Delivery

Hubbard SupplyHouse offers free local deliveries for orders within a 15-mile radius. Local delivery orders that do not meet this condition may be subjected to an additional fee. Fees can be waived by a branch manager. If you need to make special arrangements, please reach out to your local sales person/branch manager prior to placing your order.

 

Tracking UPS Shipments

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). To track a UPS shipment, click here. You can also review your order details under “Recent Orders” in your Account Dashboard.

 

Tracking FedEx Shipments

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). To track a FedEx shipment, click here. You can also review your order details under “Recent Orders” in your Account Dashboard.

 

Expedited Orders

Orders placed for in-stock items with expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) before 2:00pm EST will be shipped the day they are placed. Any expedited orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be shipped on the following business day.

 

Orders Including Out of Stock Items

Our inventory is updated daily to maintain accuracy and is subject to change as orders are processed throughout the day. If you place an order that contains both in stock and out of stock items, available items will ship first unless otherwise specified in the order notes upon checkout. When the remainder of the order comes in, it will ship separately. This will not affect your shipping costs.

 

Providing Correct Shipping Information

UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, you can add them to the order notes at checkout.

Customers are responsible for supplying correct shipping information at checkout, which includes matching the shipping address and zip code. If UPS cannot deliver to the destination due to an incorrect address supplied by a customer, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to us will be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer decides to not re-ship, the order will be subjected to our return policy, which includes restocking fees.

 

International Orders

We do not ship to locations outside of the United States. If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company, we will not be held liable for any exchange with a forwarding company. As soon as UPS confirms delivery, we are no longer liable for the package.
